Chicken Cacciatore

  • 1 can (680ml) Hunt's® Tomato Sauce with Roasted Garlic
  • 1 can (6 oz/156 mL) Hunt's® Tomato Paste
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
  • 2 lb (1 kg) boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 6 oz (175 g) sliced fresh mushrooms
  • *Internal chicken temperature 180° F (85°C)

Inspired by Italy, this hearty dish with chicken, mushrooms and tomato sauce is sure to please the whole family.


  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on both sides.
  2. Stir together Hunt's® Thick and Rich Roasted Garlic and Herb Pasta Sauce and Hunt's® Tomato Paste in small bowl; spoon over chicken. Top with mushrooms.
  3. Cover; simmer over low heat 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and tender (180°F).
