- 2 cups (500 mL) Hunt's® Original Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 3/4 cup chopped yellow bell pepper (3/4 cup = 1 medium pepper)
- 1/3 cup chopped sweet onion
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
