  • 1 lb (500g) lean ground beef or ground chicken or turkey
  • 1 can (540mL) Aylmer® Accents® Diced Tomatoes with Chili Seasonings
  • 1 can (680mL) Hunt’s® Tomato Sauce
  • 1 can (398mL) Dark Red Kidney Beans

  1. Cook and stir meat in saucepan over medium-high for 7 minutes or until done; drain.
  2. Stir in all remaining ingredients; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

• Use ground turkey or chopped cooked chicken in place of ground beef.
