  • 1 can (398 mL) MANWICH
  • PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 small cans red kidney beans
  • 1 tsp. chili powder

Blitz hunger with this flavour blast to a traditional dish that’s perfect for pre-game eats or for every meal if you’re a lumberjack.


  1. Spray pan with PAM®, brown the ground beef and add MANWICH sauce.
  2. Rinse and drain beans, add to meat mixture along with chili powder to taste.
  3. Warm through for 5 minutes.
