The Manwich Meatballer

  • 1 can (398 mL) MANWICH
  • PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • Meatballs, uncooked
  • 6-8 crusty buns
  • 1 cup (250 mL) grated Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese

Great for on the go with its sandwich design, this mobile flavour force is so tasty it’s probably not even street legal.


  1. Spray pan with PAM®, brown meatballs on all sides and until cooked through, about 15 minutes.
  2. Add MANWICH sauce, cover and warm through for 5 minutes.
  3. Place meatballs and sauce on buns and top with cheese.
